Software that fits your business exactly.
Off-the-shelf tools rarely fit your processes. We build custom systems that do exactly what you need, from the lead pipeline to AI-powered automation.
When standard tools no longer cut it.
Are you using 5 different tools, copying data manually between spreadsheets, writing reports by hand? We build a single system that mirrors your processes exactly, and gives you back hours every week.
A request comes in. Your system handles the rest.
Whether by letter, through your website or over the phone: your system understands the request, records everything and replies. No one has to type a thing.
How it comes in
- A letter Customer scans the QR code
- Your website Form filled in
- A phone call even at night, the AI answers
This happens automatically
- Everything recorded no more typing up
- Reply goes out automatic and personal
- You see everything live at a glance
We show it with the system we use ourselves.
Most providers talk about projects you never get to see. Our own business runs entirely on software we built ourselves. What you're reading here is running right now.

Workflows run in the background
From the first enquiry to the invoice. Every step someone used to do by hand now runs as its own workflow.
-
83
Data areas in one system
Customers, posts, invoices, prospects and appointments all sit in one place, not in five programs that don't talk to each other.
-

Checks before every change
Before an update goes live, the system checks itself. That's why nothing breaks when something new is added.
-
24/7
Operation without lifting a finger
Posts get published, invoices go out, reminders are sent. Even at night and at weekends.
The same platform writes our customers' posts, sends the invoices and lets us know when a prospect clicks a link. A system that runs its own business can run yours too.
What we typically build.
Four actual systems we've built, as inspiration, not as a template. Yours will be different. Built exactly for you.
Letters that bring in appointments
Winning new customers
A personal letter with a QR code goes out. Anyone who scans it lands on a dedicated page, gets advised automatically and books an appointment with you directly.
Result 14% get in touch
Everything in one place instead of 5 programs
Order in the office
Clients, documents and deadlines in a single overview. The system automatically sorts post and reminds you of appointments in time.
Result 8 hours saved per week
From photo to finished quote
Faster quoting
The customer sends a photo, the system recognises the task, calculates with your prices and sends the finished quote as a PDF. In 90 seconds.
Result 4x more quotes per day
An assistant that answers the phone
No more missed calls
Every call is answered, even in the evenings and at weekends. The assistant clarifies the request and books the appointment directly into your calendar.
Result Available around the clock
If you can describe it, we can build it.
You don't need to know anything about technology. Tell us what costs you time every day, we'll build the system that takes it over. For example:
- Answering enquiries automatically
- Quotes in minutes instead of hours
- Booking appointments without back and forth
- Invoices and reminders automatically
- Reports that write themselves
- Data from 5 programs at a glance
From whiteboard to productive software.
Iterative, in two-week sprints. You see progress early and can steer at any time. No black-box project.
- 01 Understand 2 to 3 workshops. We understand your process so deeply that we can map it out better than you can.
- 02 First version A productive version with the features that bring the greatest benefit is running within 2 to 4 weeks.
- 03 Improve Short stages of 2 weeks. You see progress, give feedback, we keep building.
- 04 Operation Hosting, updates and monitoring, either with us as a service or in-house with you.
Impact that's measurable.
- 2 to 4 w to the first version
- -12 h manual work per week
- 100% adapted to your processes
- 0 lock-in, the code belongs to you
We make it simply possible.
Tell us about your process, we'll tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer or whether a ready-made tool is enough. Free of charge.
When custom software really pays off.
Custom software has long had the reputation of being expensive and slow. That's no longer true today, but it's still not the right answer for everyone. The honest details to read up on:
When custom software makes sense
It's the right answer when three things come together: a recurring process costs you at least 4 to 8 hours per week manually. No existing tool covers it cleanly, you copy data between several programs. And the process is unique to your business, it sets you apart from the competition. If a ready-made tool covers 80 percent of your needs, we'll tell you honestly: stick with it.
Why this is fast and affordable today
The poor reputation of custom software dates back to the days of 12-month projects with an in-house IT team. Modern cloud platforms and AI-assisted development have radically cut costs and timescales: a first working version is now live in 2 to 4 weeks, at a fraction of the previous cost.
Our tools, and why
We build with established standards: Astro and Next.js for the frontend, Supabase as the database (hosted in Europe, DSG compliant), n8n for automations, OpenAI and Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments. Most importantly: no lock-in. The code is yours, the data can be exported, and any other agency can take over the system.
How a project unfolds
First, 2 to 3 workshops, until we can map out your process better than you can yourself. Then the first working version in 2 to 4 weeks, which you actually use. After that, short improvement stages of 2 weeks each: you prioritise, we build, and every stage ends with a demo. You have full visibility at all times and can change direction whenever needed.
What it costs
That depends on the scope, from a clearly defined tool to a complete industry software solution. Before every project, you get a transparent quote with the scope of work, timeline and payment plan. As a rule, you pay 30 percent on commissioning, 30 percent after the first version, and 40 percent after final acceptance.
When we honestly advise against it
If your project is too small for custom software, we'll recommend an existing tool. If it's still unclear what the software should solve, we'll clarify that first in workshops. And if your team is going to resist the new system, it's better to sort that out internally first, otherwise even the best software ends up gathering dust.
